Join us for this half day clinic covering groundwork with your horse. We will go over different maneuvers to help prep a horse for riding, offering a "feel" for the horse to operate off of on the ground, and how to read how your horse is feeling in that time to help you judge how much ground work to do before mounting. This clinic is for horses who are already under saddle, not yet under saddle, or anywhere in between. If your horse is able to be saddled, you can go through the ground work with it saddled. If it is not used to packing a saddle yet, that's fine we can work on that.

Horsemanship Tune Up/advancing the green horse Mini Clinic

Join us for this half day clinic where we will discuss the growing sport of Ranch Riding and Ranch Pleasure. We will go over some common scoring from different stock horse associations regarding the classes and some of the rules for competing. We will also work on helping our horses to extend and collect, working through the different gaits with softness and smoothness, as well as having them operate better off of our seats to help really showcase each individual's natural movement while challenging the patterns set for each class.

Join us for this half day clinic as we tune up our horsemanship after the holidays for the new year.

We will go over different maneuvers and techniques to get your riding and horsemanship tuned up for the upcoming trail riding and show season. At this clinic, we will also discuss how to advance a greener horse to get them tuned up and ready for the Spring and Summer riding weather and how to get them more refined. We will discuss helping the rider offer a "feel" for the horse to operate off of under saddle, and how to help the horse get back into a riding frame of mind and help the rider be in a more balanced and centered position to better help the horse.
